Configure the roller working range

Provide the roller length, diameter, shaft ends, block material and hole pattern. Working length and clamping capacity are confirmed in the final machine specification.

Filament and process trial

Discuss PP, PET, natural bristle or abrasive filament using actual material samples. Confirm drilling, tuft retention, dust extraction and the required production rate together.

Installation and maintenance

The listed configuration includes dust extraction and manual lubrication. Follow the machine manual for cleaning guides and ball screws, lubrication and safe maintenance.
