Match the clamps and tufting tooling to the hairbrush block, hole pattern, filament and required tuft length. Servo-controlled positioning follows the approved programme.

Automatic and semi-automatic operation

Automatic mode repeats the configured cycle and includes the specified finished-brush push-out function. Semi-automatic mode stops after a brush cycle and requires the operator to start the next cycle. Follow the machine manual for loading and safe operation.

Confirm output with your sample

Send the finished brush sample or drawing, block material, hole pattern, filament and target output. Confirm tooling, operating speed, loading tasks and changeover during a trial with representative materials.
