1)This is the most popular model among Chinese broom suppliers, mostly it’s used to make those thin and light plastic brooms. The maximum tufting speed is 8 holes per second, and its tufting method is anchor-type (flat wire). With two grippers holding two brooms on worktable, it works continually in automatic function .

3) In program, positions of broom holes are manually entered by hand-controller, one hole by one hole. Hole positions could be deleted, inserted, duplicated, moved.

4) Operator could also use it to make many other small brushes with flat surfaces, as long as grippers are changed accordingly. Please note that only a set of grippers is offered together with the broom machine, free of charge, any other shape of brooms ,we can be customized .
