This Dye brush machine DB50 is the most popular model in dye brush machines manufacturing , mostly it’s used to make smaller holes of the brushes ,like the dye brush ,and the smaller hair brush with the dia range from 2 mm to 4 mm . The maximum tufting speed is 8 holes per second, and its tufting method is anchor-type (flat wire). With two grippers holding more than 10 pcs of dye brush on worktable one time , it works continually under “Automatic Mode”, non-stop.
2) It processes filaments in two colors. The maximum length of filaments (outside holes) allowed is 50mm, other size could be customized.
3) In program, positions of broom holes are manually entered by hand Friendly controller one hole by one hole. Hole positions could be deleted, inserted, duplicated, moved.
4) Operator could also use it to make many other small brushes with flat surfaces, as long as grippers are changed accordingly. Please note that only a set of grippers is offered together with the dye brush machine, free of charge, other extra grippers will be charged.
