Colour and programme settings

The configured feeding arrangement supports two filament colours. Hole positions are entered and edited using the controller, with matched grippers for the selected brush design.

Production and maintenance

The listed maximum tufting rate is 8 holes per second; finished-brush output depends on the product and loading cycle. Follow the supplied maintenance schedule and electrical isolation instructions. Confirm included tooling and spare parts before shipment.
