Disc brush production
The worktable moves brush blocks through the configured drilling and tufting stages. Provide the disc diameter, profile, block material and hole pattern so the fixture and working range can be checked.
Worktable options
A round worktable is used for the intended disc brush application. A flat worktable may be specified for suitable flat brushes. Confirm the included worktable, any additional tooling and changeover requirements in the quotation.
Sample trial
Send the finished brush sample or drawing, block material, hole pattern, filament and target output. Confirm tooling, operating speed, loading tasks and changeover during a trial with representative materials.
