Send the roller length and diameter or the disc diameter, together with shaft details and the hole pattern. The final machine drawing defines the working range and included fixtures.

Programme setup

Set the hole pattern and starting position for the selected brush. Changing the product may require new grippers, tooling and programme settings; verify the first finished brush before batch production.

Process and service requirements

Confirm the block and filament materials, drilling and tufting rate, dust extraction, lubrication and operator tasks during the sample trial. Request the installation drawing and agreed spare-parts list.
