Flat brush and broom production

The clamps hold pre-drilled blocks for tuft insertion. The listed application includes light plastic brooms and other suitable flat brush shapes with matched grippers.

Programme and filament setup

Hole positions can be entered and edited using the controller. The listed exposed filament length is up to 120 mm; confirm other lengths and materials using a sample.

Output and supply scope

The listed tufting rate is up to 8 holes per second under suitable conditions. Finished brushes per shift depend on hole count, loading and changeover. Confirm the clamp set, electrical requirements, training and spare parts with the order.
