Continuous belt-loop production
LP08 combines fabric feeding, tension control, forming, continuous lockstitch sewing, length measurement, cutting and counting in one line. Adjustable guides and forming tooling support different tape widths and material thicknesses.

Mechanical system
Feeding and tension control
A material holder, guide rollers and adjustable tension components stabilize the fabric before forming. Servo control coordinates feeding with the sewing and cutting cycle.
Folding, sewing and cutting
Matched forming plates fold the strip to the selected width. The lockstitch head closes the folded tape continuously, after which the measured tape is cut to the programmed length.

Send the fabric sample, finished loop width and length, seam requirement and target output. Merit Factory will confirm forming tooling, cutter type, power standard and final machine configuration.
