Manufactured by Merit Factory. The MC01 prepares cotton-yarn bundles and presses metal caps for a secure, centered mop-head connection.
How does the MC01 fit metal caps to mop heads?
Prepared yarn is aligned, cut to the selected length and transferred into the cap-pressing station. Controlled pressure closes the metal component around the bundle while tooling maintains the required cap geometry.
Key production benefits
- Integrated yarn preparation and metal-cap pressing
- Controlled pressure for repeatable cap closure
- Centered yarn bundle and cleaner cut ends
- PLC settings for production management
- Tooling matched to cap shape and mop-head sample

Applications and production planning
For cotton and blended-yarn mop heads assembled with metal caps, wires or related metal fastening parts. Cap material, wall thickness and pull-force requirement determine the final tooling.
For a project quotation, send the finished mop sample or drawing, raw-material details, target output, local voltage and available floor space. Merit Factory will confirm the feeding, tooling, guarding and control configuration before production.
