Main Mechanical Components
1. Automatic Feeding System
The feeding system includes a material holder, guide rollers, tension rollers, and a servo-controlled feeding unit. It provides smooth and continuous fabric feeding while reducing wrinkles, slipping, and material deformation.
2. Folding and Forming Unit
The folding unit consists of forming plates and adjustable fabric guides. It folds the fabric edges evenly to create a consistent belt loop width and neat appearance.
3. Continuous Sewing Unit
The sewing unit uses an industrial high-speed lockstitch mechanism. Stitch length, thread tension, and sewing speed can be adjusted according to the fabric and required seam quality.
4. Automatic Cutting Unit
The cutting unit separates the continuous sewn tape into individual loops. Cutting length can be adjusted through the control panel or mechanical setting system.
5. Servo Drive and Control System
The servo motor controls fabric feeding and synchronizes the folding, sewing, and cutting operations. The PLC control system helps maintain stable production and accurate loop length.
6. Counting and Collection System
The machine can count the produced loops and discharge them into a collection tray, conveyor, or stacking container for easy handling and packaging.
