Material preparation and feeding
The listed application uses nonwoven material supplied in rolls and fed as strips. Microfiber or other proposed materials require a sample trial to confirm cutting, feeding and forming settings.
Finished mop and handling
Specify mop length, weight, strip width and the required assembly. A discharge conveyor is an optional configuration; confirm which loading, finishing and packing tasks remain manual.
Production planning
Review actual output with the agreed material, mop specification and operator tasks. Confirm machine dimensions, electrical supply and the complete equipment list before ordering.
