Forming and sewing sequence

The machine feeds the material, forms loops and passes the assembly through four sewing units. Confirm band material, band positions and separation of the finished mop using the approved sample.

Mop size and operator tasks

The listed loop-length range starts at 350 mm, with the upper range dependent on the selected 800–1000 mm configuration. Review material loading, band cutting and any manual finishing tasks during the trial.

Confirm production output

The historical reference is 3,500 pieces per 10 hours. Actual output depends on mop size, material, sewing settings and operator tasks; agree an acceptance trial for your product.
