Manufactured by Merit Factory. The LP01 integrates yarn winding, tail-band sewing and two-side tail cutting for repeatable loop mop head production.
What production steps are integrated in the LP01 loop mop machine?
Yarn is wound to the selected length and presented to the sewing section, where the tail band is fixed across the bundle. Both sides are cut in the coordinated cycle to create an even loop mop head ready for finishing and assembly.
Key production benefits
- Integrated yarn winding and tail-band sewing
- Two-side tail cutting in the same production flow
- Consistent band position and mop-head dimensions
- PLC-managed cycle and fixed-length settings
- Suitable for cotton and compatible blended mop yarns

Applications and production planning
Built for loop mop heads with a sewn tail band. Yarn count, mop length, band width, stitch construction and required loop profile are verified from product samples.
For a project quotation, send the finished mop sample or drawing, raw-material details, target output, local voltage and available floor space. Merit Factory will confirm the feeding, tooling, guarding and control configuration before production.
