Provide the yarn material and count, feed package, target cone angle, diameter, weight and density. The listed mechanical speed is up to 1,200 m/min; actual winding speed depends on yarn quality and package conditions.
Configured winding functions
Discuss individual spindle drives, yarn-break detection, automatic length setting, slow start, tension control and anti-overlap functions. Waxing or yarn-clearing equipment must be confirmed as part of the selected supply.
Spindle count and electrical load
The spindle arrangement, drive power and total electrical load depend on the ordered configuration. Request the final equipment list, power schedule, layout and a trial using representative yarn.
